It would be wonderful if everyone who is interested in Vegan Gourmet cheese to call the Natural Food Pantry in the Market, and request them to carry the Mozzarella flavor. Best time to call the Natural Food Pantry is MONDAY MORNING before noon as that is when they make up their order. Call 241-6629 and speak with Drew or Linda and ask them to order the Mozzarella flavor Vegan Gourmet cheese! I have tried Monterey Jack and Cheddar which they carry and neither taste as good as Mozzarella. Trust me. Loblaws charges $7 for the Vegan Gourmet cheese, but Natural Food Pantry only charges $5 and I would prefer to support them if I can. You cannot eat it cold, but melted on pizza, lasagna, in pasta dishes.. I used it in a curry cheese dish (http://vaalea.com/vegn/food/recipes.htm#109502951007760876)... all taste awesome! It doesn't taste exactly like cheese but satisfies your cheese craving... and does not have a strong gross taste like other cheeses imo. I have had dishes with the cheese, and it's not very noticeable, but when the dish is made without the cheese it does not taste as good at all! If you have not yet tried Vegan Gourmet Mozzarella, you must!
